Our roots in Roundtop, New York go back over 50 years.  Our  grandparents found this beautiful and amazing sanctuary in the Catskill Mountains and created a weekend and summer retreat from the fast paced hustle of the city & suburbs. Our grandparents taught us the importance of connecting with nature and spending time with family. They taught us to unplug and to enjoy and appreciate the things that matter most…family, health and nature. 

As the founder and owner of Roundtop Farm and Kitchen my journey continues as my experience and passion for cultivating and cooking brought me here. 

My interest in cooking was ingrained in me early on as my Italian grandparents were always cooking and baking the meals that made me who I am today. Memories of my grandparents in the kitchen, always side by side, making delicious food with a passion lives in me. 

My career started in kitchen prep and I was fortunate to be mentored by a few great chefs who taught me the discipline & dedication working in a kitchen requires. My first prep job was at a local Italian Bistro followed by the unreal opportunity to work with a master in French Cuisine at the Russian Tea Room NYC. From Long Island, New York to the island of St Kitts BVI everyday was a marathon of learning throughout my career. Today as I raise my two beautiful, always inquisitive daughters and focus on what is most important in life.  Family, Health & Nature.
