
Creamy Bacon Farfalle Pasta

Ingredients:
- 2 containers of Round Top Kale Sprouts
- Farfalle pasta (cooked according to package's directions)
- applewood smoked bacon (chopped)
- 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
- 1 qt. heavy whipping cream
- 2 c. Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
- ½ tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Start by crisping chopped bacon in a medium pot over medium-high heat, letting that smoky aroma fill the air.
- Once perfectly golden, pour off the excess fat, keeping the bacon in the pan for rich, savory depth.
- Add minced garlic and stir until it starts to release its flavor and deepen the aroma in your kitchen
- Pour in heavy cream and scrape up every bit of flavor from the bottom of the pan. Bring it to a gentle boil, then lower the heat to a simmer.
- Let the cream reduce by half, transforming into a smooth, velvety sauce that’s perfect for your pasta.
