Creamy Bacon Farfalle Pasta

Everyone loves pasta for Sunday dinner or any night of the week. Add a flavorful twist with crispy bacon and our fresh kale microsprouts. These ingredients bring bold flavor and a nutritious boost to this creamy, comforting dish.

Ingredients: 

  1. 2 containers of Round Top Kale Sprouts
  2. Farfalle pasta (cooked according to package's directions)
  3. applewood smoked bacon (chopped)
  4. 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
  5. 1 qt. heavy whipping cream
  6. 2 c. Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
  7. ½ tbsp lemon juice
  8. salt and pepper to taste


Instructions: 

  1. Start by crisping chopped bacon in a medium pot over medium-high heat, letting that smoky aroma fill the air.
  2. Once perfectly golden, pour off the excess fat, keeping the bacon in the pan for rich, savory depth.
  3. Add minced garlic and stir until it starts to release its flavor and deepen the aroma in your kitchen
  4. Pour in heavy cream and scrape up every bit of flavor from the bottom of the pan. Bring it to a gentle boil, then lower the heat to a simmer.
  5. Let the cream reduce by half, transforming into a smooth, velvety sauce that’s perfect for your pasta.
